ALL SALES ARE FINAL, due to the nature of this business. Once packages are dropped off at the post office for items that are shipped, we no longer have control. Please contact USPS for further details once you receive the tracking number.
Please understand that wig orders are made to order, order processing takes up to 10-15 business days, not including the day you ordered, sometimes sooner.

Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a tracking email. Shipping takes 3-5 days. After receiving a tracking email, tracking activity will become available after 24 hours.
