Service Includes: Wash and Condition,  Bleach Knots, Plucked Hair line and style of your choice. Turn around time will be 5-10 business days not including shipping. Pick up is available for this service.

After purchasing you will receive an email of where to send your hair
Please make sure your First and Last name is on the package when sending off or dropping of the hair. Must be the same name as your order.
Please understand wig unit must be new, your hair can come custom colored as long as there is no damage to the bundles or lace
Please make sure to fill out product authorization form when purchasing or it can result in cancellations of your order. 
Hair must be sent or dropped off in within 2 weeks after purchase. Order will be cancelled and refunded after 14 Days.
