After purchasing you will receive an email of where to send your hair
Please make sure your First and Last name is on the package when sending off or dropping of the hair. Must be the same name as your order.
Please understand wig unit must be new, your hair can come custom colored as long as there is no damage to the bundles or lace
Please make sure to fill out product authorization form when purchasing or it can result in cancellations of your order.
Hair must be sent or dropped off in within 2 weeks after purchase. Order will be cancelled and refunded after 14 Days.
Full Wig Maintenance
ALL SALES ARE FINAL, due to the nature of this business. Once packages are dropped off at the post office for items that are shipped, we no longer have control. Please contact USPS for further details once you receive the tracking number.
